About Me

A "kook"book author (Passion on a Plate, EASY and Affordable Gourmet – coming soon!), “kooking” instructor, host of free podcast, “Kick Back and Kook!” and a guest on The Food Network with Paula Deen, Angela shows you how cooking is “kooky”! Fun, easy and practical recipes that build on one another and are tailored to her students’ and audience’s specific needs.

All cooking classes can be recorded to eliminate any guesswork later when you prepare what is discussed yourself! Demonstrations are fun, practical, thorough and specific so that most any age can recreate any kind of recipe demonstrated.

Questions are strongly encouraged and you may even want to send a list of what you have already thought of before class to be sure everything you have wondered about is covered! :)
