I recently moved from Milano, Italy. All the students I have here in NYC are very happy and they improved a lot from the first lesson!
Most definitely, Laura mixes the grammer, the words and a nice story that give goode xpamples of the lesson

I had a great time specially when learning about the "carnevale". Though at times she was going a little too fast for me Laura has a very positive attitude and upbeat personality which makes you feel comfortable right away.
Laura's great! A really bubbly personality and a native Italian speaker. If you're looking to have a ton of fun and learn Italian at the same time I would highly recommend her!!!
she is enthusiastic and didn't hesitate to correct me when i made mistakes (but did so in a positive way!) she also taught me using a story about the contentious history of the invention of spaghetti, which was an engaging and fun way to learn.

Laura is a committed tutor with an absolutely delightful personality. She works with me at my own pace, and according to my own interests. We're able to sink into informal conversation that becomes so breezy, I often forget she is my tutor. I feel very fortunate to have found her.
Laura has been teaching me for a few months. She is a very patient and kind teacher. Not only do we learn the "ins and outs" of Italian grammar but I also learn a lot about history and culture. We have been working online as well and she is very helpful with teaching me about pronunciation and accents.
I would recommend her to anyone as an excellent Italian teacher.
