Many people on here are teaching at least one language. I know in China, Japan, and Korea, there are so many different holidays which really reflect the culture of the country.

I think it would be a great idea to have a different kind of schedule added to the main class a teacher teaches. They could post a yearly set of dates which would show special times in a country throughout the year.

So, maybe you don’t know about Golden Week in Japan. If you are a student and it’s August or January, it’s a long ways off till Golden Week (end of April).

The teacher could post things they might like to do then.
