I am a big Fan of Italian food. Unfortunately, I can not tell I am great at making something Italian for dinners… but I am learning.
That’s why I would like to join this group and learn more.

oh and Italian food that is baked
Always tastes better in a Pyrex glass 9 × 13 inch pan

at least the good ones anyway

after a few times cooking similar dishes in glass
ex. marinara

it continues to flavor the food after many uses of only baking it with marinara sauce

so try and use one for savory
and one for desserts

that’s a tip most older people know
my grandmother taught me that ;)

though cooking brownies in a pan meant for marinara is never a bad thing
i learned that from her, too :D

ok
as soon as i saw the videos

i’m like i have to join :D

i have watched italian cooking shows since i was 4

and even the vegetarian cooking shows
get inspired by Italian food

that and i can always lookd some up
i have yet to try a popular penne dish

but, i could give my ideas for Italian bake casseroles
for budget, and for expense

i am very thankful Spokane, Wa has an Italian Market
the two we had combined into one this year :D

and i am glad i decided to join :P

Oh I love Italian food :D
It never stops to amaze me
For breakfast I know how to eat an Italian dish:

1 mozzarella
3-6 cherry tomatoes
1 tbsp of home made olive oil
1 tsp fresh parsley – chopped (depends on how much parsley you like)
a pinch of salt

Mainly cut the cherry tomatoes in half
Cut the mozzarella ball into as many as possible slices
Lay the tomatoes and mozzarella slices on a plate
Pour the olive oil over the tomatoes and mozzarella in a circular motion add a bit of salt and sprinkle everything with fresh parsley
:D

enjoy

Chestnut fettuccine with pumpkin and bacon

Serves 3-4
Ingredients:
For the pasta dough: 120gr (½cup – 4oz) chestnut flour – 180gr (0.8cup – 6.4oz) hard wheat flour – 3 eggs
For the dressing: 180gr (0.8cup – 6.4oz) pumpkin – 150gr (0.66cup – 5.3 oz) smoked bacon – butter.

Mix together chestnut and hard wheat flour and eggs and leave the dough to rest about half an hour. Roll out the dough with the pasta machine or the rolling pin, then cut it with the fettuccine accessory if you use the pasta machine, otherwise do like this: roll the sheet of dough up into a tube, then slice the tube into rounds of 1cm wide and shake the skeet out with your hands to free the strands; set them to dry on a rack for few hours.

For the dressing, in a large saucepan fry bacon and then set aside. In the same saucepan melt some butter (about 2tbs or more) and brown pumpkin, thinly sliced, at medium heat for no more than 10 minutes, stirring often. In the meantime bring to boil salted water in a pot, then cook the tagliatelle for about 6-7 minutes, drain them in a colander and transfer into the pan, stirring well and cooking for two more minutes. Eventually add more butter. Serve hot.

Hi Maria,
You can’t create a lesson to take place on the same day as you create it – it has to be the next day. I think you might be able to create one just before midnight for just after midnight but I am not sure if it actually has to be 24 hours.
Individual sessions always have to be requested by the student and they have to keep requesting them one at a time as they want them. I don’t think you are supposed to set 1 student maximums for classes – they are meant to be open to anyone and I think 10 is the minimum number that eduFire recommends.
I am sure Marco will be along in a minute to confirm or correct all this.
All the best :-)

Just bumping this up as a reminder – don’t miss this chance to have a peep at the Ancient Greek alphabet, one of the oldest alphabets in the world. It is useful in Maths and Science as well as underlying the Roman Alphabet used to write so many lanugages today.
If you are interested in learning more of the language itself, I could take you on to the National Greek Exam – USA or GCSE level (UK). No previous knowledge is required.

Register here.
You will be very welcome :-)

One neat feature included with the MSN Messenger Live, is that you can add a button on your website like the one below. Follow the instructions and you will be able to put one on your site in no time.
It’ s a simple process, the only thing is that to get to it is kind of tricky. Below are the steps you will need to get this and put it on your website or blog.

  • First you need to install the MSN Messenger on your computer, you can go to clickhere to download it.
  • Second you will need to install it and configure an account to use with the MSN Messenger. If you would like to create an account and use your personal or company e-mail as the user ID instead of a hotmail account then use the following link CLICK HERE:
  • Third once you are logged into your messenger we are ready to go and create the button. Click on the following link clickhere

You will see a page that will give you options to choose an IM Windows, Button, or Status icon. To create the button you will need to choose the Button box. Below that it will show you an HTML code that you will need to copy and paste it into your website or blog.

Now when you are logged in your customers will see the icon lit up and they can click on it and start a real time chat with you. This is great for support on a website or for status on orders for your clients.

  • IMPORTANT – if you cannot copy the html code, click on home and tick the allow anyone on the web to see my presence box
