Hi Marco!
Thank you for letting us know the terms and conditions to use edufire.
I have a question, Can I call a lady, that she is beautiful, because if I see a beautiful lady, I can’t stay silent until I don’t tell her, that she is beautiful.
hope you understand my problem,
see you soon :)

Hi Shahnawaz!

eduFire is a global community so we need to appreciate that other cultures may see that as too forward and inappropriate. So on this occasion I’d suggest that you don’t randomly send messages to females telling them they’re beautiful. I appreciate your intentions maybe innocent, however, it’s best not to say such things.

eduFire is a place for learning where students and teachers come together. If we can keep messages with that theme in mind it will save a lot of misunderstanding.

If you need anything clarified please send me a message.
Thanks!

Hi Marco!
Thanks for the reply.
I can understand.
I don’t randomly send messages to females telling them they’re beautiful.
I just told to this to one my students during the class, and she liked it, and I just wanted to know, if terms & conditions don’t have problem with it.
But I can understand now, sorry for the stupid question.
you’re welcome & see you soon :)

Hi!

I didn’t mean to suggest that you send random messages and it certainly wasn’t a stupid question. I’m actually glad you asked. As I said, my advice is to not say such things as at least that way you can get on with teaching, and your students learning.

Thanks!

Do edufire have the right to place the valuable posts (without making it an old post) at the top most inorder for all the members to see .Mainly coz the posts have great value for Edufire website?

Hi Shami,

We ‘sticky’ some threads that we think are important for users to read for a period of time or indefinitely. If you need any further info…. let me know. :)

Thank you Marco….
I just asked coz there will be some great professional people who is interested to offer courses which cost high…Some students will be interested to take that….And it also have great benefit to Edufire too.So in that situation if the post become older later students will not get noticed. And cant be able to join the course .So I want to know Marco that whether Edufire have the right to make that post appear on top so that students could be registered for the post under a period of time.Hope you understand my question :)

Hi Shami! Posts that are created by eduFire users will drop down the list if they are not being added to. The best thing to do would be to go back into that same thread and add a post to it, that will make it rise to the top. I hope that helps :)
