Hello Everybody ! I am in France. I notice that mostly my ECHOE PROBS appear when I am connected with another country that is not very afar from me. When I have a connection with the USA the problem is really very seldom. And the headsets are not the problem. I think it’s about the connection between servers in AMERICA and servers in the OLD CONTINENTS. It would be good to resolve this technical point before September because I really believe there will be a rush then. EDUFIRE is American but its success is going to be WORLDWIDE. Most of the time when there are ECHOE PROBS the people propose to use SKYPE. This kind of reflex has to disappear. |

That’s odd. I haven’t had echo problems for a long time. Even the slight delay I used to get has somewhat disappeared. Have you had a chance to see the new platform, Patrick? clicky |

Hey Patrick. Sorry to hear that you had this problem. We’re working hard to try to fix these issues. Often it can be an issue when people aren’t on headsets or when one of the people in the session in on a slow network connection. And as Marco alluded to, we have a new platform launching soon and that should fix many of the problems. |

Is the link not working Patrick? It was to the thread in the Fireside Chat discussing the new platform. Let me know if you can’t find it. :) |

Ok ! But I am lost with the time ! I know only GMT :-( What is PST ? Pacific Southern Time ??? GMT would be better for the planet. PST is very “us american” isn’t it ??? |

Forgot to ask : Is this new platform the next generation that will be used ??? |

Patrick! GMT is also very ‘us’ isn’t it? ;) PST is Pacific Time and is 9 hours behind French time. Here’s a good website for world times: |
