Hey all. As some of you know we just got through a major code revision and are in the process of going back and cleaning up some bugs and implementing some new features. As you may have noticed we’ve started to implement a lot of the stuff you’ve suggested on our ideas board. We’ll have some additional bandwidth to tackle some new stuff the next week or two before we rev up for another big release (some cool stuff to show you soon!) so we’d like your help! If you have time over the next day or two and could go into the ideas board and add additional suggestions, rate existing ideas and add any comments that would be really helpful as we try to determine the highest-priority items to get to. Thanks in advance for any help you give us here. We really enjoy building a product that makes you happy! :) |

I agree Melissa, some really good ideas on the board currently and many of the ideas have already been implemented! |

I just posted an idea and also listed it under an idea on how we need to have somewhere basic written instructions on how to get into the classroom. I have had a couple of problems in the last week with students with low English proficiency being able to get into English tutoring sessions. |

I posted this under the “Talk to eduFire” board, but I’ll post it here in case anyone missed it. I apologize for the cross-posting. :) Hello eduFire. :) After having my first lesson on here with a tutor, I have to say that the site is an excellent idea, and I hope that eduFire continues to grow and prosper. This kind of site is exactly what the internet needs. I have a suggestion that I hope you admins wouldn’t mind listening to. I think having many spoken languages on here is an excellent starting point, but I would like to see the site offer tutoring in other languages as well. By this I mean computer languages. For example, I am a guru in standard (X)HTML, CSS, PHP, and a few other languages as well, and I would love the opportunity to be able to teach people in these areas. I think that eduFire would greatly benefit from the addition of these and other languages as well. There’s always a need for this kind of thing, so I hope you guys (and gals) will give it some thought. :) Feel free to write/reply back to me on this matter. Thanks for your attention! |

I just proposed a new idea on Idea board. |

I propose that our active community members visit the idea board at least once per week to vote on ideas there! I have also just added 3 new suggestions, one of them being adding an idea board link to the top of the page. Perhaps it will be frequented more often if this is implemented. |
