I’m definitely going to be a bit late, I think. I have to be out of the office for a few hours this afternoon, and not sure when I’ll be back. Should be around six-ish my time, though (which is when it starts, my-time,hehe).

By the way, for those of you who couldn’t make it to Vicky’s shower….it was fun! It was recorded. Highlights were, sharing our gifts, getting to see and talk to everyone, hearing each other’s stories, belly dancing, and bouncing on my exercise ball above Hamdy’s head. Hah hah hah! Tina has a great gift for Vicky, too. She is very talented as an artist. We are sorry you missed it. It was a first! Only on Edufire, of course!

You’re totally right, Candy! The bridal shower was indeed fun! :) I loved meeting you and the others…. And Vicky, of course! :)

So how much longer did everyone hang out after I left at 10:00?

I think I stayed for 10 or 15 more minutes…. :)

It ended at about 12:20 Eastern time

It certainly was something different. I guess nobody really knew what to expect, but it turned out fine.

On my part, I can say that I enjoyed much talking and seeing my fellow tutors. We always meet on the forums, but this time we saw and heard each other. This interaction is incredible.

And for Vicky, it was the same. She got to see and talk with fellow edufire buddies.

She was HAPPY……and so was I!

The bridal was great except bouncing Candy on my head. Oh, she was very light guys ;) I am just kidding. The best thing was when we had the chance to communicate in a friendly way. It was great because Edufire is not only for learning or teaching but also for communication among people. As I said before that any people are influenced by stereotypes all over the world, although it is totally different in real. World in T.V. and the news is away from the truth. We should touch that by ourselves and that’s one of the roles of Edufire and its members from both tutors and students.

@ Enrique, the kindest heart, you are really kind and great. You make us feel better and happy when we are struggling. I hope you feel happy with us too.

@ Hamdy, stop sweet talking, otherwise no one would believe you anymore :). I really meant everything I said to everyone here. I hope that everybody here will meet next time, maybe in Hamdy’s bridal shower ;)

Hamdy, what an eloquent way to say what you did! You guys are troopers for staying up that late! I was just so happy to hear everyone’s voice and see your shiny little faces. But wouldn’t it be fun if we all had an exercise ball to bounce upon during Hamdy’s bridal shower? It would drive him crazy!!!
